At DEINCOKWI, S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter “Deincokwi” or the “Company”) we value your trust and your privacy, and we therefore have a constant interest in safeguarding the proper use and integrity of the personal data of our Users and/or Clients.

For these reasons, through this Privacy Notice (hereinafter “the Notice”), we inform you that in order to provide our services we have collected and will collect certain personal data and information, for the purpose of providing you with quality integrated solutions, acting in accordance with the principles of lawfulness and trust.

The purpose of this Notice is to make known to you the protocols by which we guarantee the security of the personal data and sensitive information you may place at our disposal. The information contained herein is issued in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties; its Regulations; and the Privacy Notice Guidelines.

Your personal data has been and will be collected and stored by Deincokwi, with its address at Av. Central 215, Col. Cd Granja, CP 45010, Jalisco, Mexico, which will be responsible for filing and safeguarding your personal data under the strictest standards of protection and confidentiality that characterise our Company.

Personal data that will be processed

Deincokwi may obtain personal data directly as delivered by you, in person or through electronic means or correspondence. In some cases Deincokwi may also obtain such data indirectly through third parties or other sources.

The personal data Deincokwi may obtain and use is the following: your full name, telephone number, email address, home address, place of work, photograph, signature, voter ID, passport and visa details, nationality, immigration status, RFC, CURP, job title, account details, marital status, credit history, union membership, and tax and corporate information.

Likewise, it is possible that it may be necessary to collect some form of sensitive information, such as: bank statements, information about your financial situation, and private information relating to your family or health situation, which will occur solely and exclusively when strictly necessary for the correct provision of our services to you.

Purpose of the data processing

The sole purpose of obtaining and processing your personal data will be to properly provide our services for your benefit. Your personal data is collected in order to have a real and complete understanding of your legal situation, and to keep in view at all times every relevant element needed to provide you with quality integrated solutions.

Your data will only be used in connection with the provision of our services, so that our Company may: correctly prepare and compile the files of Clients and their Projects, prepare service proposals, issue opinions relating to projects, payments and administrative procedures, and deliver notifications. Your data will also be used to maintain direct and effective communication with you through telephone calls, emails and traditional correspondence.

Transfer of personal data

By virtue of this Privacy Notice, Deincokwi states that your data may be transferred to offices of the Company other than the one where it was obtained, but which form part of it and act in equal adherence to this Privacy Notice and to our confidentiality policies.

As a general rule, your personal data will not be transferred to any other person or entity, and will remain safeguarded in our database. However, it is possible that part of your data may be transmitted to third parties who also provide accounting and/or supply services to Deincokwi. Should such a transfer occur, Deincokwi will communicate this Privacy Notice to those third parties, who must adhere to it.

Mechanism to access, rectify, cancel or object to the use of your personal data (ARCO rights)

At any time you may Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the consent granted to Deincokwi for the processing and use of your personal data. To do so, you must submit a written request to the following email address: contacto@deincokwi.com.mx

The ARCO request must include the following information: i) your full name; ii) where applicable, your company or corporate name; iii) email address; iv) telephone number; v) the personal data you wish to access, rectify, cancel or object to, and; vi) the reason for your ARCO request. Deincokwi will have fifteen business days to respond to your request.

If you have requested access to your personal data, Deincokwi will provide you with a plain copy of the data it holds at your disposal; this copy may be sent by electronic means or traditional correspondence within the period described in the preceding paragraph.

Changes to the Privacy Notice

Should Deincokwi, for any reason, make any total or partial change or modification to this Privacy Notice, it will do so by this means and you will be notified by email.
