Thank you for visiting deincokwi.com (hereinafter “the Portal” or the “Site”). Below we make available to you the Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “T&C”) governing the use of the website of DEINCOKWI, S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter “Deincokwi” or the “Company”). Where the T&C use the term “User”, it refers to the natural person who enters and uses the Portal.

Deincokwi reserves the right to modify the T&C at any time. It is essential to read them carefully, since the mere use of the Portal implies knowledge and full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in force at the moment of entering the Site. If you do not agree with them, it is advisable to leave the Portal. Use of this Portal is not authorised for minors, and any acts they perform on the Site will be the responsibility of their guardians.

Authorised use of the Portal

The User is authorised to browse the Portal solely for personal informational purposes, in order to learn about the profile, the services, the type of technology used and the team that makes up the Company, as well as some of the clients with whom it has collaborated and the location of some of the places where our services have been provided.

At no time and under no circumstances may the User copy, reproduce, download, send to third parties, translate, store, distribute or transmit by any means the material, information and content of the Portal, unless prior written authorisation is received from the Company.

Responsibility of the User

All copyrights, trademarks, trade names, distinctive signs, texts, photographs, illustrations, graphics, audio, clips, code, sounds and/or video clips appearing on the Portal are the property of the Company. The User acknowledges that use of the Portal grants no ownership right over it or any of its elements or contents, nor any of the exploitation rights that exist or may exist over the Portal and its content.

Any unauthorised use of the Portal may result in civil and criminal penalties for the User. Deincokwi reserves the right to take the actions to which it is legally entitled in order to verify compliance with the T&C. Should the User breach the provisions of the T&C, the User must indemnify Deincokwi for the damages and losses caused by the breach.

Restrictions on use of and access to the Portal

Deincokwi reserves the right to unilaterally deny access to and use of the Portal to any person who fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions, and to any others it deems appropriate, without any liability whatsoever.

Responsibility of Deincokwi

Deincokwi does not warrant that the Portal is free from errors, viruses or interruptions. Likewise, the Company does not guarantee any specific result from use of the Portal. Deincokwi further reserves the right to modify at any time and without prior notice to the User the contents, image, information, configuration and in general any part or aspect directly or indirectly related to the Portal.

All information and material contained in the Portal must be understood as informational and must not be considered as the Contracting of any of the Services; Deincokwi will therefore not be liable in any way for the use Users make of it, or for its effectiveness or accuracy, and is exempt from any contractual or non-contractual liability towards the User.

The Deincokwi Site may contain links to other external websites over which it has no control, and it is not responsible for the content found on them.

Transmissions made through the Portal and communications from Users to Deincokwi through the Site in no way constitute or give rise to a client relationship between those Users and the Company.

Miscellaneous

These T&C are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Mexican Republic, and those international treaties entered into and ratified by Mexico.
